Tasting Room
Biodynamic
Rhone-style Wines
At Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden in the Applegate River Valley, every glass is a celebration of estate-grown, Rhône-inspired varieties—Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne that thrive in the hot days, cool evenings, and biodynamic soil nurtured with intention. These expressive, low-intervention wines are born from a living vineyard where ecology and flavor are inseparable, offering visitors a true taste of place and purpose.
The tasting room itself reflects this same harmony: nestled amid the vines in a building certified to the Living Building Challenge, it embodies regenerative design and deep respect for the land, inviting guests to linger, learn, and connect with the heart of Cowhorn’s nature-centered ethos.
