Rosé Release Party

The 2025 growing season began with a fairly cold winter and a late budbreak, but quickly transitioned to a warmer than average spring and summer. Beautiful warm temperatures in June and July encouraged ideal fruit set, and more importantly, great phenolic synthesis throughout the core of the season, enabling for excellent aromatic composition and textural concentration.

Our Rosé is a very carefully crafted example of the classic yet enigmatic rosé variety, Grenache. Picked just after herbal aromas evolved toward red berries, the clusters were sorted and then gently destemmed. A portion of the juice was drained after just a few hours, the remaining was left to extract overnight and pressed with extreme care. It was then fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks, with only a small amount of sulfur added before bottling.

With lovely aromas of yellow peach, orange and raspberry pastilles, wild strawberry, rosewater, and ripe cantaloupe, the 2025 Rosé is like the moment spring turns to summer, the sun shining through the leaves, biting into a ripe dripping peach. The palate texture is dense, lush, and satisfying, with a long line of acidity and fresh tannin.
