On September 20th, from noon until late afternoon, Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden opens its gates to celebrate the season’s turning with a Fall Release Party unlike any other in the Applegate Valley.
Beneath the soft light of early autumn, guests will gather among the vines to savor an afternoon of fine wine, wood-fired fare, and the soulful sounds of Nieja, playing live from 12:00 to 3:30. It is a moment to pause in the golden glow of autumn and experience the vineyard at its most generous.
The wines unveiled for this release—2023 Marsanne Roussanne, 2022 Syrah, and the cellar-aged 2020 Sentience and 2020 Moonraker—are each living expressions of Cowhorn’s biodynamic philosophy, where the health of the land infuses every glass.
Paired with rustic small bites and artisan pizza, these wines invite discovery and conversation. Whether reconnecting with fellow members or simply immersing yourself in the rhythms of vineyard life, the afternoon promises both conviviality and depth—a true celebration of terroir, craftsmanship, and community.
