After the vineyard, the experience continues at the sorting table, where you’ll learn to discern ripeness and quality, an essential step in shaping the wines that define Cowhorn. As the day’s work eases, the oven is stoked, and artisan pizzas emerge, fire-kissed and shared among new friends overlooking the gardens.
