Join us for an intimate, immersive culinary experience with Cowhorn Kitchen chef Henry DeFrisco among the vines at Cowhorn Vineyards in the Applegate Valley.

This unique summer supper will feature rustic fall fare with a selection of wood-fired seasonal accompaniments along with a preview tasting of new fall releases, including the 2023 Marsanne Roussanne, 2022 Syrah, 2020 Sentience, and 2020 Moonraker.

Smoke & Sweetness
Lightly smoked, marinated pork chops
Pear and grape chutney, aged saba
Served with jalapeño–pecan cornbread stuffing, honey-laced

4TH COURSE
Ember & Silk
S’mores crème brûlée
Chocolate–Syrah ganache, house-toasted marshmallow
